Shipping and returns

Shipping time

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders are shipped the same day as much as possible. In other cases, we will ship your order the next working day.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DPD or DHL. Delivery times are usually:
Within the Netherlands: 1 working day
Within the EU: within 1 week
Worldwide: within 2 weeks

Parcels that are picked up, are ready for pick-up within 1 working day.

 

Shipping costs

FREE for orders in the Netherlands.
FREE for orders over € 75 in the EU.
€ 13 for orders under € 75 in the EU.
FREE for orders over € 100 worldwide.
€ 24 for orders under € 100 worldwide.

 

Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you want to return a product, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. To return a product, please contact us at info@berdine.shop. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.

 

Exchange product

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact info@berdine.shop for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.

 

Wrong delivery address passed

Have you accidentally provided us with a wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
